The Woodland Park Condos are composed of 60 units built in four stages, beginning in 1980. The split-level design of each unit features a private entrance, high sloping ceiling downstairs, two or three bedrooms, a private deck and back yard.

Current owners of the units elect a board of five directors to oversee the Association. The Board hires Bluestone and Hockley Real Estate Services to manage the day-to-day running of the Association.

The condos are located in the Woodlawn neighborhood, originally settled by farmers in the 1860s. Woodlawn was an independent town on the outskirts of Portland. A railroad ran between Portland and Vancouver; and in 1888 a train station was built at the intersection of today’s NE Durham Avenue and NE Dekum Street. Woodlawn Park was created in the early 1970s. Low walls in the park were formed using pavement from the old town’s original streets.
